Thirty-Day Return and Exchange Window

Customers of David Protein may ask for an eligible return or exchange for any reason during the 30 days following delivery.

Begin the request by emailing support@davidproteingain.shop; please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item.

No-Reason Return Exclusions

Customized or personalized goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not eligible for a no-reason return.

These exclusions never reduce a customer’s rights when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or otherwise protected by applicable law.

Who Pays for the Return

David Protein pays the return shipping for every approved no-reason return or exchange and will provide a prepaid label or an equivalent free return arrangement.

The same store-paid shipping rule applies when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise affected by a verified quality problem.

Before and After Shipment

Cancellation is available only before the order ships. A shipped order must instead be handled through the Refund Policy procedures.

When Approved Funds Are Returned

Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method and must arrive within 5-10 business days.
